Consumption of natural immune-boosting foods/drinks without preservatives such as jamu is a very good thing. Jamu processing carried out from generation to based on ancestral recipes, and uses existing ingredients. However, over time the existence began decline due circulation modern medicines. In fact, not just traditional medicine, but one efforts maintain biodiversity Indonesian nation. Therefore, it important bring family menu in order its development. addition, during pandemic, people requires strong stamina, hence researchers are interested conducting research jamu, especially moringa because yet common community. The author conducted an experiment get recipe formulation, hedonic test (preference test) 100 panelists with 3 scales namely like, dislike, well nutrition tests (carbohydrates, protein, fat, calories, vitamin C, antioxidants). results this study formulation recipe, g leaves, 1 liter water, 20 tamarind, brown sugar, 5 salt, lime (optional). method by heating 500 ml then set aside, blend add heat it, mix them filter. 61% said they really liked 39% 0% dislikes it. nutritional content 8.43% bw carbohydrates, 1.41%bw 0.05% fat 39.79 kcal calories.
